All DUME products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Please review your order, shipping information, color, and size carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Please note that minor variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur as part of the production process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

DUME products are made to order, and orders may be sent into production shortly after checkout. Please confirm your size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before completing your purchase.

If there is an issue with the information on an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
