Because our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DUME is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Orders
